Thanks to generous donations from some of our members and other kind donors, along with the sterling efforts of several members, our new building is now complete. Particular thanks are due to our Chairman, Robin Gilchrist, for the considerable amount of time and effort he has put in to drive the project to completion.

The official opening of the new building took place during our Open Day on Sunday, 1st September 2024. The ribbon was cut by the Mayor of Basingstoke, Cllr Dan Putty, with special guest Steve Flint, former Editor of Railway Modeller magazine and judge on Channel 5’s The Great Model Railway Challenge in attendance.
